In our new space, production is fully automated, ensuring absolute precision and efficiency. We use the Orgadata system, through which we plan and execute fabrications directly from the computer. The cuts of the aluminium profiles are made with absolute precision by the saw, based on the instructions given by the program. Each piece of aluminium receives a unique barcode, which is placed on the profile and accompanies it throughout the production process. Using this barcode, the aluminium is scanned in the machining centre, where all the necessary operations such as drilling, cutting and forming are carried out with absolute precision, with no margin for error. With this innovative approach, we ensure speed, reliability and impeccable quality at every stage of production, meeting the needs of even the most demanding projects.
